I was thinking an announcement on Friday was very likely. They only had about 100 metres to go at the time of the last announcement which was Tuesday.
I thought today they might have actual news today. Maybe they have known since last Saturday and spent the weekend overindulging in champagne because they could go into TH Monday and have two days to sober up and then announce we have oil on Wednesday morning.
I see a TH as a good sign, well it isn’t definitive bad news.
