Cmon mate, its code for we have jumped in bed with an easier option than going to our loyal investors and offered a significant discount that will result in an immediate 10-15% drop in share price to reflect the crazy discount we gave away.
Rather than let this investor buy on market and have the share price appreciate and reflect our responsibility to SP growth we took the opposite path and gave this investor an armchair ride to easy money. They will take a position on the board and be forever in our debt and wont challenge any direction we want to take.
For the short term sucked in and we should be back to were we are in 3-6 months so suck it up
