Reason for trading halt is below (which sounds pretty good IMO if it is not just a capital raise):
Serko is at an advanced stage of finalising a material transaction that includes a proposed capital raising and requests that trading in its securities be halted to ensure an orderly market while the terms of the transaction are finalised.
Serko requests that the trading halt last until the earlier of Serko making an announcement to the market in relation to the material transaction referred to above or the commencement of trading on Friday, 25 October 2019.
Serko is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
Serko has no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
