Yes, one additional cost would be, votes would not be counted by the secretary! And yes, eventhough they have provided the management company's email address, emailed proxies will be forwarded to the secratery to count.
If we are happy to throw money away at Glenn, why on earth a company facing so many questions not do the normal thing and have such important matter taken care of properly?
Further the fee by the registry to handle votes goes tward the time they spend handling them. Given an online voting through registry would significantly reduce handling time, I would say it will be money well spent, unless they tell us the secretary otherwise does not have anything to do, in which case, GET RID OF HIM!!!
