You all seem to not have learnt a thing. This IS a CR announcement hidden by the fact they are also going to acquire something. In order to do this they need to do a CR, some would say a clever way to spin things around, something you all should know by now with OBJ. They know they could not have raised at a reasonable price so they went down this route... They will raise enough for a couple more years while diluting the register more. The share price will keep going down... If the share price goes up because of this announcement, if I were a holder, I would use the opportunity to sell out, it will be the best chance imo
