Peros owns those companies.
If they are shells then they will only be a few bucks to do.

But if there is more to it than that and Peros has value in them ie his own assets that he was developing before OBJ came along then there is value that must be purchased to bring it all together.

My issue with the pods etc is where did it come from, it seems to have happened to fast and not something OBJ has been working on.
Therefore someone has agreed for wellfully OBJ to use it. My thinking is this is what Peros himself could have been working on before OBJ job and when the parties got together it was a win win.

Hence the theory that it may sit in the Wellfully owned by Peros.
