So from the wording Material Acquisition we know a purchase is taking place. But does it mean OBJ is doing the buying? Why would we go into suspension if OBJ is controlling the purchase? Could the wording also mean that someone is wanting to purchase something from us?

Ok so I'm going to throw something out there. Dreaming!!! Could P&G be wanting to sure up the technology agreement with us by just buying us out before the 'Olympic Team' makes the price too expensive for them? There you go that's my fantasy for the day.
