I must say that I am a bit surprised at the timing for this CR - unless it is a small one, or unless it is for "something important" like the RADI?

NOV's 4C released a few days ago basically showed cash flow break for the July - September quarter (if we include the govt grants), and they announced an $800K unsecured loan into the banking subsidiary of the business.

As a result, total cash increased by a bit over $700k from around $1.8m (30/6/19) to around $2.5m at 30/9/2019.

So why the need to raise cash right now?
