I think you maybe missing the Indonesian government Gross-split program that seems to be a tax of sorts. By memory, after emails with tino many months ago ... BAS is not involved in the gross-split program, but another type of tax. I'm thinking BAS cleared around 47%. Elsewhere I've seen a generalized 43% to others. I'm not sure the full details.
I'd suggest an email asking Tino about it to get your head around it.
I've just been quietly sitting on my shares waiting for this new well, the retirement of the debt and waiting for the new acquisition .... I'm thinking when these line up we will see improvements in cash.
