    The timing of this is rather disappointing. Makes me think either 1. the farm-out will take longer than expected, or, 2. the cash component on top of the free-carry for wells asked as part of the farm-out is not forthcoming.

    Either way, not great for holders in the short term... most likely reason is #1 and we wait a little longer...
