It's nowhere near as fun as my dad used to tell me it was back then. They actually run a business properly now and don't care that much about employees. Automate everything so that there is less need for whinging workers.
I worked for Rio, FMG and BHP over the last 10 years. You can only imagine what it's like for contractors.
