I still can't understand why we would need extra cash for the continued normal operation of the company. The only reason I keep coming up with for the credit raise is capital required for specific project development purposes, i.e. Promarker roll-out? Perhaps capital required to finalize a deal/contract for the PromarkerD commercialization?
