Very unexpected.. Don't think anyone saw this coming but looking at it from a positive stand point, additional cash should help with marketing PD into more countries. Let's hope it's not too big of a discount. From my notes, last placement was at 24c for $1.4M back in 2016 followed by options underwritten by Alto capital in in early 2018 for $2M.
