It's a Capital Raise. Was hoping for BHP crusher decision announcement.
"Volt Power Group Limited (ASX: VPR) requests the granting of a trading halt in VPR’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in respect to a capital raising.It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of VPR making the announcement in respect to the capital raising, or the opening of trading on Monday 18 November 2019."
