Bizzaar announcement. The halt cant just be for the acquisition of CTL and the required Cr for the that transaction as that has been known to the market for months. If the halt is for the deal that the market is already aware of then the halt is ridiculous, its like shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. It would make sense though if the ctl acquisition has fallen over and its a different acquisition.
