Your all over the place ruthlessV, they pumped it with the last ann, closed it a 0.04 yesterday, and are now trying to raise about 5million or so at 0.003 probably + a few options to sweeten it. These $$ if raised will be for the CTL acquisition and provide some much needed working capital.
