I'm not trying to be critical of Titan or it's shareholders...but how could they buy 51% of Core's outstanding shares? They don't even own 10% now and don't have the money to add to their share count without another big financing/dilution. Core's Strategic Review Process ended three weeks ago and it's doubtful that shareholders will sell at this price so close to a deal being announced...most are holding out for a significant premium...myself included. That doesn't preclude Titan from withdrawing their takeover offer and raising money to buy/jv on one of Core's properties. They'll make good money on the Core shares they own with the s/p appreciation following announcement of the deal(s) plus they can participate in the development of what could turn out to be a company making asset. We'll see soon enough...Turtle56
