I do remember our bet and you're absolutely right...Titan's market cap is still higher than Core's. The Titan team certainly does a great job at marketing themselves. I'm still not sure what their s/p is based on...their assets dont seem to support it...but it is what it is. Kudos to them.
I'm actually shocked that Core's share price hasn't moved up in anticipation of either the Titan takeover offer or another deal brought forward during the Strategic Review Process. The fact that it hasn't, particularly in terms of the Titan known offer tells me that the market doesnt believe they can acquire enough shares to effect the takeover or that the true value of the proposed offer to shareholders isn't as stated and doesn't offer any real premium or arbitrage opportunity.
Whatever happens, we shouldn't have long to wait now. Here's hoping that we both come out of this in one piece. Turtle56
