Not sure what you mean by saying that cores SP hasnt gone up on the back of titans takeover. A 78% increase from the 14c cores share price was trading at to last nights close of 25c is a big increase in a few months.
Something looks like it is happening on the takeover/merger deal
I Got snail mail today from ttm asking shareholders to vote on a resolution to approve the issue of the Core offer shares with an indicative timetable and capital structure of the merged company.
