There's no point doing anything with it if you have no end user. There are people like Gina Rinehart sitting on huge tracts too waiting for the demand to be there to justify exploration and develop it.
In gas boom 1.0 ten years ago the companies created the supply with unknown demand, now that demand has grown beyond their capacity to supply it and gas boom 2.0 is demand driven. Demand now far outweighs supply and there are processing facilities crying out for volume and end customers who don't know where to go to get it.
That's the environment you are putting money into now.
