Makes sense for a Chinese Company, say Landbridge, to make an offer as the Chinese already hold the long term lease on the port of Darwin. Problem is they go hard for a bargain and rarely need to pay fair value. It would be good to sell to an Aussie company but the highest bidder would suit me !
