It's a smart move . They get rid of any debt that still existed. They then have enough money for the next 12 months to do the drilling or whatever they wish to do and they have raised it at a good price.
Look at where this stock has been hovering for the past 12 months.
There will be plenty of news to propel this stock to much higher levels over the next 6 to 12 months. One can easily see the share price doubling from the placement price during this time.
Management have certainly put this company in a good place with plenty of upside potential.
