One of the other threads has some quick math on a start up, if they wanted to start Cas development at the same time as restarting otter, long Durking Dome and mine Miitel reserves they would need more money.
Cas alone would take up the 20 million before it dropped pay dirt and Mincor needs to fill the mill to at least half capacity.
I don't think we will see a dilution of shares, fingers crossed.
