Bizarre. Yes this was a core part of the 'one-stop-shop' shareholders were told about a year or so ago. Now we are expected to believe we'll reduce debt blah blah blah and that is to our advantage. The purchase was a large part of the debt but was the strategic buy blah blah blah. Pity these guys didn't lose the vote. Their behaviour and the cost of it to VRS shareholders is considerable
