They say BH is a priority and then side track to another acquisition?? Hmmm either this is a very good near term cash generating acquisition to minimise any future CR or BH has been delayed further and they needed to try soften the blow. Could be other reasons but these 2 stand out to me. I hope this management pick up their game as I am not impressed with what they are paying themselves and the results to date...all imo we await the announcement to see why the change of tune.
