I find it quite extraordinary that Directors jumped at the first offer below 50cents and to ask all share holders to accept, then another offer ? who? at what level? and then receive a 30% lift on original bid, are directors that naive !! that they cant value their own company for the benefit of shareholders and they have again recommended the acceptance of the higher bid?
Now its likely that an even higher bid may result so lets hope so, very strange indeed
