The DEMERGER does not necessarily come with a 1:1 ratio .
Depends on how ALKANE intends to value the DZP assets ,the Toongi mineral deposit , the intellectual property , any cash and any carrying costs .
Will be interesting to see what market cap they arrive at ...as if where a new IPO float !
And whether there is a new core shareholder , who subscribes capital for shares .
Consequently ....shareholders might receive one new ASM share for every xxxxx ALK shares held ...seeing ALK will have circa 550 m shares after this current capital raising .
Its a wait and see .
