the plus of that is that they do get a take over that looks good being cashed up
that would be the only real positive and it would need to happen with 6 months before those escrow shares hit the market pretty much
at least it will be over the options conversion price in any scenario which isn't as low as this discount in the 4s at most of the options especially the COH doc at 4.5)
reads to me the new valuation is probably that CR oppies strike adding CF33 to the already existing valuation of 4.2 maybe no trials yet so who knows
