You say they don't need to sugar coat the response? Well, read the response again. It is sugar coated by 'significant inbound interest'. Like I said, if the interest is so significant on something one is selling, would one give such a big discount?
And as for getting out or not, that is people's business decision to make, not yours. Unless you are really offering people financial advice here. If so, please show us your licence.
