kates9999/others: JIMHO: I think this is being done to AVOID getting take-over offers on the far too low side.... i.e. as a defensive measure! Moreover, being "fully funded until mid-2024" is a nice position to be in. I doubt very much that IMU will be still independent by 2024!!
