People seem sullen about MoU's. Not only does an MoU show that counter parties are interested and who they may be but it also outlines a blue print for the path of potential development that they consider a feasible and viable plan obviously after their investigation and assessment with themselves as expert adjudicators in the field.

Companies have budgets and must control expenses. They don't idly waste the resources of their senior staff and analysts to assess a project that wouldn't have serious potential in the first place. Then for them to conclude by placing the imprimatur of an MoU on the whole idea and involve their own company's reputation is a serious thumbs up. An MoU is like getting 4-5/5 stars in an movie review. The only question here is how large is the caliber of the reviewer?
