As you mentioned in your previous post, I just hope it is with a tier 1 name and not some no name Chinese company.

It's feedback from Korean companies that initially prompted Scott to look for a nickel project. Then obviously with the option to acquire 90% of Ta Khoa this has opened up the real possibility of a downstream business in Vietnam producing a nickel sulphate product. There have been numerous site visits (to Ta Khoa), trips to Korea (I recall Scott mentioning in an interview), and then there's Scott's obvious excitement every time he mentions Korean battery manufacturers.

I think a Korean player has always been the target. It just makes me a little edgy that the MoU is being signed so early on. Don't want to potentially deter the big names by bringing a 'no-name' into the picture.
