    We are in heavy resistance area as seen on my chart below. Volumes suggesting alot of want out from old Cobalt company, IPO prices etc.

    Once we fully crack, small resistance at 24c (gap 235c) and i see 34-35c region in 2020, Nickel and Drill dependent.
