“Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX:COB) hereby applies for a trading halt on the Company’s traded securities under Listing Rule 17.1 for a period of up to two days pending a material announcement to the market concerning the Independent Expert Determination process in the dispute with Broken Hill Prospecting Ltd (ASX:BPL). The Company expects to make an announcement concerning the Expert’s Determination before trading commences on Monday 2 December 2019 to end the trading halt. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.“
