I'm not disputing that in most cases share price drops after capital raising however in some cases and they have been many where the SP actually goes, when extra capital is being used to generate greater returns- so share price dropping is not guaranteed. I thought I saw a chart that was posted showing that capital raisings and private placements increased the share price in z1p
