    The Board is not legally allowed to tell the shareholders at a meeting if it hadn’t been ratified/approved or disclosed to the ASX for release if it is market sensitive..

    Come on, we understand that surely..

    otherwise Tom, dick and Harry would be filing their boots and also, the board could mislead you into a positive announcement when things are very different in the background.. to push up their share price so they can dump..

    come on whisper...
    you’ll understand..
