my understanding is that the announcement should be the term sheet for the funding package that will then voted on by the shareholders.
assuming package is fair and everyone votes in favour, money drawdown of money is early next year. I assume we need an EGM after the Christmas shutdown and then they probably need another month or so to get access to the funds.
