    No take offer no carve up for GXY unfortunately.

    You guys had a shot at it and they went in way way too low.

    To bad should have made a fair offer instead of trying to steal it and it would have worked out for everybody.

    Now as hard as all A40 holders get diluted the greatest casualty will be GXY.
