Hi Rob, that's the bit that was confusing me, I find it hard to believe the VA would have taken on a loan if it was likely to be subject to FIRB approval, but sounds like they are still trying to work that out.
Anyway, looks like it's a takeover so not likely any equity return for anybody, including GXY.
