    'Pending an announcement with respect to the first medicinal cannabis production' could be anything.

    The fact that a TH is in place implies that it has a material impact on the company value.

    Hopefully, positive news with a significant off take deal.

    Potential bad news would be that the product/process does not meet expectations, which is unlikely IMO.
