    I see your points, agree to the extent that if this is some major JV deal with WNB the title will not be about Fund Raising Inititive, but rather be something like Major Partnership Agreement or Joint Venture Agreement.

    Convertible debt is a reasonable move given so many instos got burnt by FBR's sloppy SP, taking a debt and convert to shares at later stage may make sense in that regard.
