    So plant construction is still progressing right? hasn't halted or anything?

    Just think simply ATC needs money to complete the project at least the company is progressing to it's target theres no need to speculate.

    You gotta keep the momentum going and make it happen that means $$$$ and I believe ATC is right on the track.
