Unexpected given the imminent AAM raise.
Three reasons come to mind.
- Contingency for a poor AAM result.
- A sweater for the AAM raise, as up to 49% of the CR will go AAM investors if all the money is directed towards plant construction.
- Early funding for a second plant.
