that would be an ideal outcome. a rights / entitlement issue/offer is the fairest way to raise capital (and the only way to treat retail shareholders fairly, followed closely by an SPP which can be to the detriment of the smaller end of retail holders).
I'd be disappointed if they went down the insto placement route like many other smaller co's.
