Why so much surprise at the capital raising? The posts being made by people in this forum over the last 2-3 weeks have been pointing to a CR, and the last quarterly showed the pressure on cash reserves and better to raise now before share price declines too much, china/US trade war intensifies, etc. Even their AGM speech had two strong signals that a CR was coming up (see https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/41711606/single ). There's been ample opportunity to either get out, or get into the headspace of accepting a CR was on it's way!
