AustinNZ - $146 million equity raise plus another $30 million SPP
That's $176 million at 4.25 cents which equals 4.14 billion new shares to add to existing 6.28 billion shares for a grand total of 10.42 billion shares.
If ICC outcome not successful, the mass dilution & pissed off shareholders, then might be able to buy at 4.0 cents by New Years Eve.
