yes Austin there should b an SPP as per the AFR at 4.25c/sh. AUD30mil SPP for existing holders, plus 146mil for RI.
B/P'tr have a deadline by 2pm tomorow to lock in 146mil. They have been very busy helping BUB & many other ASX listed companies in 2019.
So add this AUD176mil to the USD 26.8mil cash in hand plus USD350mil debt facility, gives the company enough legroom for their net Capex of USD478mil needed for first oil.
