The last time 1ST had a CR, the last traded price was 5 cents and the offer was at 4 cents at a 20% discount. Arbitrage occured and the share price touched 4 cents very briefly (I was accumulating frantically at this stage). As soon as the arbitrage opportunity concluded, the price then went on to climb 50% in the space of a matter of weeks, hitting 6 cents.

I think we are about to witness a capital raise that will result in a climbing share price within a few weeks of the offer closing. A CR might actually be what the stock needs to re-test highs of 10 cents. In terms of a $50-$100m market cap going forward (13-26 cents), I think the groundwork has already taken place. The landmark deals are set. All we need now is to see execution coming through as an uptick in revenue and the re-rate will begin....
