OK so companies like NST and SAR is junk yard? due to acquisition of superpit?
We investors get sold the junk because we participate in capital raising? or even if we do not participate we hold on to the junk yard unless we sell?
The rich walk away with the cash? how? are the rich initial owners of NST?
What bubble burst? so superpit is overvalued?
Are you able to relate all this to the company and to the acquisition of superpit on how the steps the rich are making money and how existing shareholders are holding on to junk.
As I said my view is on the basis that gold will rise in the long term. I believe exposure to more source of gold via this acquisition is a good thing on my long term views. My view is also that AUD will be going down along with interest rate and the economy cannot expand forever. All this is a cocktail for disaster about to happen.
When it happens people will head to the safety of gold. Hence will push up the price of companies that has the gold on hand and able to manage it well.
