No one picks stocks and be right all the time. Theres been shockers this year. BLD, MYX & HRR would be good examples for me. AMI the jury is still out on. Nothing in those fundamentally puts the valuation to zero. That is where the sizing comes into play. If one gets every positions sizing right then one should be able to ride the volatility. Not all will go down at the same time, even if a black swan event or massive correction does happen then the defensives , 10% physical gold and bonds should start pulling their weight in the portfolio to lessen the sting a bit. I don't mind corrections their the best time to buy more
